1. No Return Policy

Once an order is placed and payment is completed, it cannot be canceled, replaced, or refunded.

2. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video and photos of the product.
This video proof is mandatory for us to review and take appropriate action.

After verification, we may provide a replacement or refund only in genuine cases where:

  • The product received is completely damaged or incorrect.

  • Proof (unboxing video) is provided within 48 hours of delivery.


3. Refund Exceptions

Refunds will be issued only if:

  • The product is out of stock after payment.

  • The wrong item was sent and verified by our team.

All refund approvals are at the sole discretion of our support team.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
