Yes! We currently ship to all parts of India. International shipping is not available at this time.


2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


3. Delivery Time

Our standard delivery time is 5–6 business days from the date of ordering, depending on your location.
Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take a little longer.
Please note that shipping times may be extended during public holidays, festivals, or busy seasons due to high courier demand.

Once your package has been shipped, any delays caused by courier companies, natural events, customs checks, or transport strikes are beyond our control.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before payment.
We may offer free shipping during promotional periods or for orders above a certain value.


5. Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.
You can easily track your package through the courier partner’s website or app.


6. Order Cancellation

Please note that cancellation is not available once the order has been placed and payment completed.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

We take great care in packaging your orders. However, in case of any damage, tampering, or missing items, please record an unboxing video when you receive your parcel.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the video and order details. This helps us investigate and provide a replacement or refund as per our policy.


8. Delivery Issues

If you are unavailable during delivery, the courier may attempt a redelivery or contact you to reschedule.
We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or contact information provided by the customer.
